Lenora is a city in Norton, County, Kansas that is located on the north fork of the Solomon River. As of the 2010 Census the city population was 250. The first post office in Lenora was established in June 1874 and the city was incorporated on January 1, 1887. Lenora is home to Nex-Tech, formally known as Rural Telephone, a broadband and technology company that has been serving the area for more than 65 years.
History: Lenora was founded in 1873 and was named after Mrs. Lenora Hauser, a pioneer settler.
