Child Support Services
The State of Kansas utilizes the Department for Children and Families to provide Title IV-D child support enforcement services. Child Support Services offered through DCF, are available to any family who applies for services, regardless of income or residency. Child Support Services offers programs to assist custodial and noncustodial parents with establishment, modification and enforcement of child support orders. Kansas Payment Center
All child support and spousal support payments in Kansas are made through and processed by the Kansas Payment Center, located in Topeka, Kansas. Operations at the KPC (Kansas Payment Center) are overseen by the Office of Judicial Administration.
